We want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy on all Sennheiser products. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the product, along with all original accessories, cables, and manuals, into the original Sennheiser packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
